Documentation of User Experience augmentation of Stuyvesant Cove Park, Manhattan, NY.
My teammates and I have been developing the design solutions to augment the usability of Stuyvesant Cove Park in New York, NY. Based on our client and park visitor’s needs, we are designing a digital map of the park, a physical map of the park, and an accessible, web-based library of information on forage-able natural resources in the park which, upon engaging, visitors’ connection with the nature will be naturally restored.

The user testing will incorporate mainly navigation test, 5 second test, and design surveys via usability hub. However, due to the context of these services being designed mainly for those who visits the park physically, it would be vital to have design surveys and interviews with the actual park visitors as well.
